HISTORY

Mr. Winetroub graduated from Texas State University in 1971 with a degree in finance and immediately entered the real estate brokerage business.  In 1975, he created his own brokerage firm, the Jerald Winetroub Company, a boutique firm specializing in investment-grade real estate.  The firm specializes in land suitable for immediate development in Austin and the surrounding communities (counties Travis, Williamson and Hays) and has expertise in bringing national developers to the Austin/Central Texas market.

 Winetroub’s work ethic and business philosophy go beyond the typical brokerage role.  As part of his services, he has been involved in complex land assemblages and has managed extensive entitlement processes for numerous national buyers and projects.
 
As sole proprietor of the firm, Winetroub has been involved in locating sites suitable for multi-family, industrial, office and retail developers.  The company has a long string of successful transactions with some of the most successful development companies in Austin and nationally.
