THE JERALD WINETROUB COMPANY

Founded by Jerry Winetroub in 1975, the Jerald Winetroub Company is one of Austin’s premiere commercial real estate brokerage firms. Winetroub has conceived, assembled and acquired land on behalf of developers for some of Austin’s most nationally recognized commercial real estate projects.  Some of the highlights include: One American Center, 111 Congress, 301 Congress, Dell National Headquarters, Techridge Business Center, The Arboretum, Las Cimas Office Park and South Park Industrial Park.

Additionally, he has developed or co-developed projects in the Central Texas area, including: Presidential Meadows, Ribelin Ranch, University Business Park in Round Rock, Ben White Business Park, The Exchange on South Congress and Johnny Morris Business Park.

With more than 30 years of successful commercial brokerage and relationship-building, Winetroub is now increasingly involved in land development.  He has focused on identifying and purchasing key land parcels in future growth nodes, obtaining entitlements and selling parcels to end-users for development.  To date, Winetroub has assisted in facilitating transactions with a total value nearing $1 billion.

His knowledge of the real estate market and his familiarity with the various complex entitlement processes, combined with a career’s worth of relationships with Central Texas elected officials, further allows Winetroub to wisely identify land, make prudent investment decisions and successfully gain approvals for sale to end-users.
