In a joint venture partnership with Forestar Group, JWC purchased 65 acres then managed the entitlements process, construction of infrastructure and resale of property which resulted in 2.23 acres to CVS, 1.178 acres to Taco Bueno, 2.298 acres to Speedy Stop, 1.153 acres to University Federal Credit Union, 1.493 acres to Lambs Automotive and 7.727 acres to Austin Gastroenterology as well as a 30 acre apartment site (through a joint venture with Epoch Properties and Forestar Group). - Wolf Lakeline/183
As part of the company’s new focus on land development, JWC and several partners acquired nearly 200 acres in Lakeline from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. The land is currently divided into smaller parcels for retail development, multifamily, Pads and other mixed uses.
