    JWC worked with Rust Developers, securing one city block of property in downtown Austin that would eventually become a distinctive three-tier tower. A prominent part of Austin’s skyline, the 32-story, 523,106 square foot building features office space with on-site amenities, Starbucks, juice bar, florist, newsstand and sundries shop, document service, deli, and overnight courier drop box.

  • 100 Congress Avenue and Ashton Luxury Apartments

    JWC purchased one city block of property in downtown Austin’s Central Business District for Lincoln Properties 22-story, 411,536 square foot Class “A” office building and Metropolitan Life’s 36-story, 259-unit apartment complex for Hanover Company, both of which overlook Austin’s Town Lake.

    For Gables Residential, JWC purchased 4.5 acres of land nestled between Austin’s Downtown and Lady Bird Lake near Austin’s Town Lake and the City of Austin’s Seaholm Power Plant Redevelopment Project that the company developed into a beautiful 479-unit multifamily property.

  • 200 Congress Avenue

    JWC assembled one city block of property in Downtown Austin for Cypress Real Estate Advisors. The property was then resold to Benchmark Land Development and developed into the Austonian, a 56-floor residential skyscraper that is the tallest building in Austin, the tallest all-residential building in the state of Texas, and the tallest all-residential building west of the Mississippi in the United States.

    JWC purchased more 1,000 acres of suburban land in the heart of Austin’s I-35 business corridor for the Gottesman Company and Dell Computer Corporation, which created a 1.875 million square foot multi-use business park designed to provide major technology-related corporations and their employees a premium business environment.

    JWC worked with Ed Wendler & Simmons Vedder to purchase 400 acres of land off US 290 east of Manor (16 miles northeast the heart of downtown Austin) that was then developed into 1,700 single-family lots with several miniature parks, playgrounds and an elementary school. Also assisted in national marketing effort to secure DR Horton homebuilders.

    For Trammell Crow Company and DeBartolo’s 672,834 square foot office complex and 206,827 square foot retail property located at US 183 and Capital of Texas Highway, which today contains more than 40 fine shops and restaurants in a relaxed park-like setting and is one of the city’s premier shopping destinations, JWC purchased 95 acres of land.
